Yes, it may be just a promo for what’s to come. But it’s funny. It’s highly energized, the animation is great, looking both retro and modern simultaneously, it captures the spirit of the original Looney Tunes quite well, and the slapstick is on point. There may not be any internal context for the slapstick (like no kidding, it’s meant to be a promo), but I will say, if even some of the upcoming Looney Tunes cartoons are as good as this, then I can safely say that I cannot wait to see what’s coming next.
