This is less of a movie, and more like a collection of comedy sketches. Some of them are funnier than others. I don’t recall any of them being all that great, but I also don’t remember any of them being bad, either. This is just your standard typical comedy film that gets the job done in terms of marginally entertaining you while it’s on, but once it’s done, you won’t remember it. The only thing I remember working really well is that Elizabeth Hurley actually does a good job playing Satan. Other than that, there’s nothing noteworthy about this film whatsoever. And in case you’re wondering, I haven’t seen the original yet, so I can’t tell you how this compares.
